We charge a flat rate of R100.00 per order. We will endeavour to process your order by way of overnight delivery:  Delivery will be confirmed by way of e-mail with order and tracking numbers – NB please check that we have your correct e-mail address! Orders must be placed and paid for before 12 AM to make use of this overnight delivery. Main Areas outside of Gauteng may take between 1 and 3 days depending on the location and airport accessibility, remote areas can take up to 5 days.

The overnight delivery excludes weekends and public holidays. I.e. if the preceding day(s), to the order day, are Weekend or Public Holidays the items will be delivered the following working day for overnight express delivery service.

All orders over R1 000.00 will receive free overnight shipping as above.

Sorry due the difficulty in finding the addresses in Townships our courier does not deliver to Townships

You can also collect at our shop, if you like.

For us to deliver, we require the following Information from you:

• Name and Surname
• Physical Address and street / suburb / town Code (Not your Postal Address, please)
• Contact Number, where we can contact you between 0800 and 1800, Cell Phone Number may be the best.
• E-Mail Address, if we already have it then please make sure that what we have is correct.

On receipt of Goods:

Please inspect the contents of your delivery carefully before signing for the delivery. Once the waybill has been signed VapeWorx ^ZA cannot accept any responsibility for items that were damaged in transit or for missing items.
